Here's EVERYTHING you need to know when it comes to shipping and handling at ONSRA Australia...

First, you should know we work with Australia's fastest courier and most reliable courier, StarTrack Express. 

We love our customers so we think we'd give you an extra surprise perk by shipping ALL of our orders with Express Shipping using StarTrack Express (we reckon they're the best and most reliable courier in Australia).

So, we'll do our best to ensure you get your order FAST.

FREE EXPRESS Shipping for all orders over $199

When you order you'll need to provide us with your full residential or business address. You'll see where you need to type this information in checkout.

Please note, that we can't deliver to PO boxes. That's simply because most of the gear we stock is bulky and our couriers don't have the time to try shove something into your PO box when it doesn't fit.

Please don't add a PO Box as the shipping address as this can cause days of delays mean it'll take longer for you to receive your sweet sweet ONSRA gear!

International shopper? We've got some bad news...

At the moment, we don't ship internationally. It's super hard to keep track of international packages.

This may change in the future. But for now we don't ship overseas.

With that out of the way, let's chat on how you order stuff from us.

Here's how you order your ONSRA goodies

Our order process is easy-peasy.

You simply pick the gear you want and add it to your cart. When you're ready, complete the checkout process.

When you complete checkout, you'll receive an email confirming your order.

99% of our orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

Also, please note that purchases made on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped and we've received your tracking details from our courier, you'll receive a second email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on your order as it makes it's way to your front door.

Here's how long your order will take to arrive...

As we just said, ALL our orders ship with Express Shipping as standard.

Your Express shipped order will usually arrive within 1-4 business days depending on your location.

For regional locations outside the capital city hubs, please allow up to an additional 2 business days. For country, rural or remote locations please allow an additional 3 business days to receive your order.

The list below is a rough guide on how long it'll take to ship to the major hubs and regional areas. Please bear in mind these timeframes are a guide only. They do not include the day of dispatch, weekends or public holidays:

  • Brisbane - 3 Business Days
  • Sydney - 2 Business Days
  • Melbourne - 1 Business Day
  • Canberra - 3-4 Business Days
  • Adelaide - 1 Business Day
  • Perth - 3 Business Days
  • Darwin - 4 Business Days
  • Hobart - 3-4 Business Days

Live outside the major hubs?

  • Regional QLD - 5-9 Business Days
  • Regional NSW - 3-6 Business Days
  • Regional VIC - 2-4 Business Days
  • Regional SA - 1-4 Business Days
  • Regional WA - 4-9 Business Days
  • Regional NT - 4-9 Business Days
  • Regional TAS - 4-7 Business Days

Delivery and Authority to Leave

By default, all our orders ship with Authority To Leave (ATL). By placing your order you give StarTrack that ATL.

If the StarTrack delivery driver see's a safe place at the shipping address to leave your order, they will do so and will take a photo of the delivered item as evidence that delivery occurred.

However if they can't leave it anywhere safe, the courier will leave a card with details on where to pick up your order.

Please note, ONSRA  Australia cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to your order if no one is around to take delivery. 

No safe place to leave the order at your shipping address? 

No worries, just let us know and we can sort out an alternative arrangement.

 Hey, I don't see any shipping update emails, what's the go?!

Don't worry, we've got you! If you're not seeing any dispatch or shipping update emails, it usually means they're landing in your promotions folder or in your spam folder.

We send out the following automated shipping notifications:

  • Ready for Dispatch
  • In Transit
  • Out For Delivery
  • Delivered
  • Issue during Transit
  • Delivery Attempted

Shipping updates are SUPER important for obvious reasons (plus our shipping emails are frankly, awesome and hilarious) so you definitely want to receive them!
